I had a blast giving two talks at McKesson on June 13th and 17th, 2019. Thank you to the wellness committee for organizing both days. Part 1 was on how to become a better consumer of health information, including how to read and properly interpret scientific studies. The second discussion focused on an evidence-based approach to healthy and sustainable weight loss.
Here’s a little teaser from day 2, some of the lighter moments before diving into the real science.
(I am designing a course which will make all the information available to everyone soon).
Information is everywhere but the quality of the information we get is often suspect. Marc showed us what to look for, scientifically, that will help in distinguishing between good and bad information. This type of education is priceless and we were fortunate enough to be exposed to it. Thank you Marc and we hope you make another visit to McKesson and if not then we will just have to visit you!
Thank you very much Harry, I’m glad you found the information useful. See you soon!
