The sessions are interactive and fun, and involve hard work and perspiration. If you would like to book a group workout with your friends, family members or colleagues, let us know and we will create a weekly private class for you. Prices start at $35 per session.
Fitness Assessment: Every assessment is fully customized to meet your individual level and needs. A comprehensive report will be provided showing how you measure up to your population demographic, how close you are to achieving your goals, plus personal recommendations based on your results.

"Many people, including trainers, get caught up in fitness fads and trends that are based on more hype than substance. The result is wasted time and effort, and often an increased risk of injury. Instead of following these trends, you have to remain ahead of the industry by understanding how to review proper research, and then learn to apply this information to benefit your clients. You have to know how to separate the good from the bad, and the disasters as well!”
