I suffer from colitis, an inflammation of the intestine which many people are suffering from today and which many people ignore. During my first flare up back in January and after being diagnosed with colitis I was given medication from my doctor which I took for 2 weeks to ease the inflammation. And that is what it did. It "tamed it". I was fine until my second flare up in July. I tried healing myself with nutrition using ChatGPT and other online resources with no success. So I went searching to find another healing method other than being dependent on medication since my doctor claimed that a flare up will come and go and some people may have to be on these meds for life.
