I purchased the E-Series Master device on October 26 and shipping took only 3 business days. Customer Service was amazing. I purchased the device due to Vitamin D deficiency, which can translate into pain in my bones and weakness on occasion but inevitably will present itself in the form of eczema or dermatitis the moment sun exposure goes down, which can be very itchy to a point where my skin will be raw.
