"Many people, including trainers, get caught up in fitness fads and trends that are based on more hype than substance. The result is wasted time and effort, and often an increased risk of injury. Instead of following these trends, you have to remain ahead of the industry by understanding how to review proper research, and then learn to apply this information to benefit your clients. You have to know how to separate the good from the bad, and the disasters as well!”
